You can find the ordered certificates in the certificate letter of the corresponding order. To do this, go to 'My orders' and then click on the order. In the order, you will see the certificate letter at the top right (if certificates were ordered with the order), in the letter you will find the certificates under the batch numbers.

Our range is equipped with various customer-specific features. When you are logged in, you have insight into the availability of products, specific drawings and discounts, among other things.

For orders with a net order value of €2,500 or less, we charge a packaging fee. These charges are €3.00 per box, €10.00 per pallet, €10.00 for length goods and €40.00 per tube box.

Shipping costs within the Netherlands
For orders with a net order value of € 227 or less, we charge shipping costs. If it is a standard parcel shipment (up to 31.5 kg) within the Netherlands, these costs are €15 per order. For longitudinal transport (>1.5 metres), we determine the freight costs in consultation.

Shipping costs outside the Netherlands
Shipping costs for orders to a location outside the Netherlands are exworks and on request.

We take the utmost care in the proper packaging and sending of your goods and work together with reliable transporters. However, it can happen that something goes wrong. We regret it when that has happened to you.

If a shipment is damaged during transport, you would help us enormously if you take clear photos of the damage. It is also possible that you have received the wrong goods and / or that items are missing.

Please ALWAYS contact us so that we are aware of the situation. Return shipments should always be accompanied by a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation, so that we can easily find out what it relates to upon receipt.

EP items are custom-made items, these are customer-specific and therefore not displayed in our webshop.

NPT: National (American) Pipe Taper (mainly used in USA and Canada)
BSP: British Standard Pipe Taper (used worldwide: Europe, Asia, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa)

NPT is tapered gas thread.
BSP comes in two variants, BSPP and BSPT:

• BSPP is straight thread (Parallel), the thread size/diameter is indicated by a 'G', such as G2".
• BSPT is conical (outer) thread (Tapered), the thread size/diameter is indicated by an 'R'.

The threads of NPT threads are flat (the peaks and valleys of the thread). With BSP threads, the threads are rounded. Also, the angle of the two threads is different, with NPT the top angle of the thread is 60° and with BSP it is 55°.
