With the use of Uresh pigging systems, product pipes can be emptied and cleaned almost without loss of raw materials. By cleverly designing such a system, the time for cleaning can be minimal. In this way, your production time is interrupted as short as possible.
These bi-directional pigging systems from Uresh are based on the use of static pigs that – propelled by a medium (water, air or product) – move forward and back between the pigging transmitting and receiving system, minimizing the loss of raw materials.
Due to the ideal shape of these Uresh pigs, they run almost without resistance through pipes incl. rolling and welding bends.
The pigs are equipped with a permanent magnet, so that the pig can always be located. This magnet is centered and poured into the mold directly during production. This avoids seams, so that no remnants of the medium can adhere to the pig. These pigs can also be used in a closed system.
