Non-return valves prevent the medium from flowing back into the pipe. The LIAG check valve is equipped with a 4-flat stainless steel guide. This prevents the valve from vibrating at high operating pressures. This check valve is equipped as standard with a metal sealing surface without a rubber seal, so that revision is seldom necessary. The valves can easily be run in the CIP.
In the design, special attention was paid to the compact design. The check valves are available in weld/wire, thread/wire and tri-clamp connection in DIN (DN25-DN80) and INCH (1"-4") sizes. The medium touching parts have a Rₐ-<0,8 µm and are available in 316L (1.4404) as standard.
