Damaged shipment received

We take the utmost care in the proper packaging and sending of your goods and work together with reliable transporters. However, it can happen that something goes wrong. We regret it when that has happened to you.

If a shipment is damaged during transport, please send us clear photos of the damage. It is also possible that you have received the wrong goods and / or that items are missing. Please contact our office staff by phone or e-mail. We will do our utmost to resolve your inconvenience as soon as possible to your satisfaction.

How can I return a product?
