Hygienic design

This series includes a series of rotating nozzles characterized by an optimal hygienic design in function of the EHEDG guidelines. These rotating nozzles are completely self-cleaning, a feature that is unique in the market and characteristic of Scanjet. In addition to the rotating nozzles, the BIO series also consists of rotating spray balls. A big advantage of the Scanjet rotating spray balls is that they consist of only two parts. Due to the design without ball bearings, the service life of these spray balls is two to three times longer than that of the traditional ball-bearing spray balls.

The rotating nozzles of the BIO series are driven by a turbine in the supply of the cleaning fluid and provide 100% d spans in the tank. These heads not only ensure a clean tank but also ensure complete cleaning of the spray head itself, both on the inside and on the outside, which is a unique feature. The special thing about the BIO 25 type is that the downpipe to which the rotating spray head is attached in the tank is always cleaned. This unique feature is patented and a great advantage over other similar cleaning systems!
