Hygienic measurable process

You install pipe welds between process lines to inspect the production process. Using various instruments, you hygienically measure important parameters, such as temperature, flow and pressure, in the process. You connect the instruments to the inline housing via the Varivent connection. Thanks to direct installation in the process pipelines, dead spaces are eliminated and the inline housings meet strict hygiene requirements.

By monitoring the parameters, you guarantee the quality of the process and, if necessary, you can make adjustments in time. Besides various sensors, you can also use visual inspection by installing a sight glass with or without lighting.

DIN, INCH and ISO

MQ-Line Inline modules are available in DIN, INCH and ISO sizes. Most of the versions have the same Varivent connection, making a wide range of complementary products available.
