Zimmerlin Pressure cover -1/+1 bar

The 1-bar lid is the lightest pressure lid in Zimmerlin's range. This lid is suitable for pressures from -1 to +1 bar. This pressure can be guaranteed up to 150°C (higher on request). It is possible to order the pressure lid with PED approval according to PED 2014/68/EU (Mod.G). As standard, these pressure lids are produced according to the design code AD-2000. It is also possible to produce the lid according to design code ASME VIII-1 or EN13445-3.

Standard version

  • Standard available in sizes DN100 to DN1000
  • Medium touching parts: 1.4571 (316Ti), optional 1.4404 (316L) components 1.4301 (304)
  • Plastic handwheels with stainless steel insert (with PED)
  • Plastic handwheels with brass insert (without PED)
  • Silicone gasket
  • With hinge and handle
  • Welding neck height 100 mm
  • Surface unpolished, glass blasted; from NW600 unpolished, pickled
