Process Instruments

The Varivent Inline modules are pipeline fittings that can be installed between pipelines, allowing the inspection of the production process. This is possible through the Varivent connection, which can accommodate various measuring and viewing instruments. Since the Inline housings are directly installed within the pipelines, they eliminate dead spaces, thereby meeting stringent hygienic requirements.

Instrumentation
The different measuring instruments enable the measurement of critical parameters in the production process, such as temperature, flow and pressure. Monitoring these parameters allows for constant evaluation of the process' quality. Another option is to incorporate a sight glass, with or without illumination, for visual inspection of the production process.

DIN, INCH and ISO
The In-Line modules are available from stock in DIN, INCH and ISO sizes. Most variations feature the same Varivent connection, making a wide range of additional products available for use.
